about

Serving as the story's opening chapters, 'Suburban City Life' begins in the early 2000's just as the boys from Beaver Park are beginning high school. Right from the very start you see how quickly the concepts from the 'Stolyn Byx' era surface, and the lifestyle they became accustomed to in middle school carried over into their days at FHS.
Staying together in high school proved to be a lot more challenging than any of the boys could've imagined. With a few of them ending up in in DYS custody, several other's were moved away by their parents to stop them from continuing down the path they were on. This left only a select few of the Y.R.D. set, a couple of whom were attempting to leave the lifestyle to focus on school and sports..
During this time there was an issue that had started between two youth gangs operating in the 'Beaver Park' neighborhood of South Framingham. One a Black gang, situated north of Second St., closest to Waverly St., and the other a Latin gang, situated on the southern side of Second St. in an area referred to by housing project residents as 'The Circle'. The Latin gang, who had several new members directly from the island of Puerto Rico, had decided that they no longer wanted to share drug turf with Black dealers. Because of this suddenly rising issue, ethnic tensions quickly flared in the neighborhood and other gangs, hustlers and even the civilian residents all picked a side, with many Latin kids siding with the Blacks. As did GFC, whose member were both Black and Latin. It wasn't long before consistent violence between the two sides erupted, Second St. became a dividing line and lives were once again changed forever.

Southside Jonesy Framingham, Massachusetts

My music can best be described as 'High End' or 'Designer' due to its exquisite detail and custom made sound. Presented in the form of a 'neighborhood audiobiography', the way its conceived and delivered is directly inspired by PTSD induced flashbacks. Life in the Second Street projects was as unforgiving as it was unique. A place where poverty, crime, racial and social prejudice were the norm. ... more
